Scripts sold by Don Samuele Store are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a script has been downloaded, run, or its source has been viewed, we generally cannot offer refunds.
1. When refunds are available
- The script is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
- You purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded or run it.
- Duplicate or fraudulent charges.
2. When refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after receiving the script.
- Compatibility issues with custom or heavily-modified frameworks (we list supported frameworks per script).
- Performance complaints without reproducible benchmarks.
3. EU / UK statutory rights
If you are an EU/UK consumer, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right by agreeing to immediate digital delivery at checkout, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This does not affect refund eligibility for defective products.
4. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket on Discord with your Tebex order ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban from purchasing future scripts.
