1. Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from Don Samuele Store you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to purchase. By using FiveM resources sold here, you also agree to comply with FiveM's Terms of Service.
3. License
Each script is licensed for use on a single FiveM server owned and operated by the buyer, unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of source files is prohibited.
4. Payment
All payments are processed by Tebex. By purchasing, you also agree to Tebex's terms.
5. Updates and Support
Lifetime updates are included for the script you purchase. Support is provided via our Discord on a best-effort basis.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access to scripts in cases of chargebacks, fraud, license violations, or harassment of staff.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scripts are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use, misuse, or inability to use the scripts.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
